NEW FERMENTERS ARRIVE!
The brewery has more than doubled production to keep up with demand. It has been enjoying bumper sales since August last year when it was named Champion Beer of Britain 2009 for Ruby Mild. Craig Lee says `The new fermenters allow more beer to be produced every week.
It is pleasing to see Ruby Mild doing so well but also interesting and exciting that our other beers are also enjoying bumper sales. Much of this is down to a fantastic increase in regular local trade around the York and Harrogate.
